Jewish Climate Action Network Conference

Join the Jewish Climate Action Network for The Second Jewish Climate Conference: The Time Is Short, the Task is Great, on Sunday, March 24, from 12:30-7:30 p.m. at Temple Reyim, 1860 Washington St., in Newton. The conference will provide a comprehensive overview of opportunities for pathways forward in the coming years. Participants can attend workshops led by renewable energy experts, rabbis, educators, artists, and food and sustainability experts. Subject areas include: sustainable buildings, advocacy and justice, spirituality and psychology, food, gardens, communication, and more. JCAN is excited to be partnering with the Synagogue Council of MassachusettsBeantown Jewish GardensLimmudBoston, and Temple Reyim in bringing this conference to the Jewish community. During the time of transition into our new space, please email mahjong@temv.org if you would like to play, so that we may tell you where we are meeting. We are flexible as to dates and times based on the availability of those who wish to play.

Food and Toiletry Collection

There is a box in the TEMV lobby for non-perishable food and toiletry items, to be donated to the Lowell Transitional Living Center.
