Rabbi Sparr can generally be reached by phone, and welcomes your call during regular business hours. If you have an urgent need, please don’t hesitate to ring her anytime. She may also be reached by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yard Sale Gala
Sunday, August 6th, 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Kids’ Activities, Food and Beverages!
Bring your donations for the Yard Sale to TEMV! Before August 6, go through your belongings and put those you don’t want or need in a box or bag to bring to the temple. If you want the building open for delivery, email email@example.com and we’ll make sure that it is. Remember, the more items you donate, the more TEMV can make, and we all know our temple needs the funds. If you have any questions, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do not put your donations in the religious school—we’ll just have to move them upstairs.
We’ll be posting flyers at as many locations as possible, pricing items beginning July 24, and selling from 8:00 am – 2 pm on August 6; if you want to help with any of this, send an email to email@example.com. The more people get involved, the more fun we’ll all have while we make money for our temple.
We are raising funds for TEMV as part of the Macy’s Shop for a Cause Charity Challenge! Since 2006, Macy’s Shop For A Cause event has partnered with schools and non-profit organizations nationwide to raise more than $47 million for their ongoing charitable efforts. This year, they are offering $300,000 in prize money for local charities and not-for-profits across the country.
This week, they are offering a special bonus, where every organization that raises at least $500 online this week will get entered to win $500. Can we do it?
TEMV has a critical need to raise funds to stay vibrant and growing! Please donate to TEMV through this link to have your contribution count.
The Shop for a Cause campaign will run through Wednesday, August 9th.
As a thank you, everyone who donates $5 or more will receive an exclusive savings pass to shop at Macy’s during the annual Shop for a Cause event, August 10th – August 13th. Every donation large and small is important to our temple!
TEMV Virtual Walk 3.0
It’s July, so that means it’s time again for the TEMV Summer Walk Challenge. This year we will be doing “Tour of New England” or “Tour de New England” for you bikers. This is a virtual walk for anybody any way you want to do it. Have fun, stay healthy, and be involved. Send Fay your miles at the end of each week. From TEMV we’re off to New Hampshire. Only 25 miles to Nashua. 1st. leg. If you are not already in, send your name to firstname.lastname@example.org.
