  • September 14, 7:30 p.m. Shabbat Shuva
  • September 21, Pre-neg at 6:00 p.m. and service at 6:30 p.m., including turning of the sunwheel and blessings for autumn birthdays and anniversaries. Sharon Krysiak’s grandchildren, twins born to Joseph and Elisha Bernstein, will receive their Hebrew names and blessings.
  • September 28, 6:00 p.m. potluck dinner in the sukkah; 7:00pm Intergenerational Sukkot service

Rabbi Sparr Office Hours

Rabbi Sparr is available for office hours Wednesday and Friday this week; appointments must be made in advance by contacting her by e-mail, or during business hours at 508-736-5555. In an emergency or urgent need, do phone at any hour.

Religious School

School will begin at TEMV on September 16th with an all-ages assembly, some time in class with teachers, and a continuation of our clean up and preparation to move to our new home.

Board Meeting

Thursday, September 6, 6:30 p.m.

We are meeting at the home of Robin and Gary Frisch in Lowell. Please e-mail Robin if you plan to attend and need the address and directions. Please note earlier time. All are welcome!

Annual Merrimack Valley Food Bank Collection

Please pick up shopping bags in the lobby and return filled with food and toiletries for housebound people and their pets.

TEMV Summer Walk 4.0

Our annual summer walk is on and we have several folks going for gold in our TEMV Olympics. You can join any time through September 9. Runners and bikers also welcome. Send Fay a message and she’ll add you to the TEMV team roster.

There is a box in the TEMV lobby for non-perishable food and toiletry items, to be donated to the Lowell Transitional Living Center.
