High Holy Days: Step right up (to the bimah)!

Opportunities abound for individuals to light candles, open the ark, hold a Torah, chant a few lines of Torah, or lead a short prayer or reading. Board members are reaching out, but if you’d like a specific honor, please sign up early with president@temv.org.

Scroll of Remembrance

TEMV is continuing the Yom Kippur tradition of honoring our loved ones with a Scroll of Remembrance, giving us the opportunity to be more reflective during the High Holy Days as it reminds us of our connections to loved ones. Contact phebe@temv.org or (978) 256-2855 with the names and the exact wording of how you want them remembered. The default wording is:

Name of loved one
Remembered by The XXX Family

The suggested donation is $5 per name. If this causes a hardship for you, please give what you feel you can. Deadline is Friday morning, September 22.

High Holiday Food Collection

Please return your bags with non-perishable food (and also leave new unfilled paper bags) for this annual collection of food for people and their pets. Leave the bags in the lobby.
